RYDRPilot is an independent earnings tracking and driving guidance tool for gig economy drivers. The Service allows you to manually log earnings, track hours, monitor fuel costs, and receive driving suggestions. RYDRPilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, or any other gig platform.
RYDRPilot provides general information and tools for tracking earnings. The Service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Earnings calculations, tax set-aside estimates, and hourly rate calculations are estimates only. You should consult a qualified professional for tax preparation, legal advice, or financial planning.
RYDRPilot, including its name, logo, design, software, and content, is the property of NGX Labs LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.
You own the earnings data you enter into RYDRPilot. We do not claim ownership of your data. You can export, modify, or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NGX Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (which is $0 for free users).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NGX Labs LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account and stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we believe your activity is harmful to other users or to us.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
