RYDRPilot is operated by NGX Labs LLC. By using RYDRPilot, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2.1 Information You Provide

• Earnings data you manually enter (order amounts, platform, tips)
• Vehicle information (make, model, fuel grade)
• Gas fill-up records (cost, gallons, price per gallon)
• Drive session data (start time, end time, hours, miles)
• Daily earnings goals you set

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device type and browser information
• Approximate location (if you enable location features, used only for drive plan suggestions)
• Usage analytics (which features you use, session duration)

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect or store your platform login credentials (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, etc.)
• We do not connect to any gig platform APIs
• We do not collect payment or banking information
• We do not collect your customers' personal information

3. How We Use Your Information

• To display your earnings tracking and progress toward goals
• To calculate your real hourly rate, fuel costs, and tax set-asides
• To provide drive plan suggestions based on time of day and location
• To improve the app's features and guidance accuracy
• To send you important service notifications (if you opt in)

4. Data Storage

Your earnings data is stored locally on your device by default. If you create an account, your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

As a California consumer, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

• Right to Know: You can request a copy of the personal information we collect about you.
• Right to Delete: You can request deletion of your personal information.

• Right to Opt-Out: You can opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell your data.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. After deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

RYDRPilot is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Third-Party Services

RYDRPilot does not integrate with Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub. All earnings data is manually entered by you. We may use standard analytics tools that do not collect personally identifiable information.

9. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+) for data in transit. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. We regularly review our security practices. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
